Question: what are the pros and cons of not having a facilitator

Today after the meeting we went straight to Chinese class ( thanks lily ) we learned some words like 头 pronounced Tóu

it means head. after we did Chinese we did personal intentions so I worked on my 3d project i finished his arms which were tough and i made shirt sleeves which looked cool um after that we watched  movie then we played d&d i got the entire team into a pickle again so now i am being swallowed by a a giant human octopus

What i did today we had a quick meeting and then we left for a art gallery there was one exhibit it was a lady singing and walking it was cool and we also stole stuff from children i’m gonna leave this out of context for your enjoyment 😛 anyways we left like  after 1 hour or something then we got home and did some perma culture planning for later classes learned some about what goes into composting like greens ( things full of nitrogen) and browns (stuff full of carbon) it also take water and air and there are different ways to do this also you need just the right combination or it all goes wrong also did you know a compost pile can get up to 160 degrees Fahrenheit then we talked about the movie making process for 1 hour

Q: How much work do you want to put into it

A: I want to at least get some potatoes out of it and i would like to interact with the goats (if we get any) i also want to learn how to make a garden for a community and help us all out

Q: What methods are there (describe 2)

A: 1 we have 3 bins and we move green stuff and brown stuff into one bin once it’s ready we move it to another bin when we move it , it gets a lot more air then it gets hot and finer then we move it to one more bin and it gets hotter and finer. 2 we have worms in a bin then we put food on top they come up eat poop then there poop go’s to the bottom and be comes fertilizer for plants and stuff and we harvest it                                                                                                                            Q: What methods do you want to use

A: I would like to use the 3 bin compost method because it would be one of the best for us and it looks nice

A: i don’t know exactly where but i think behind the deck

Q:how does composting happen in nature? is it natural? can we learn from it

A: well yes it is natural and how it happens is that tiny micro organisms eat the plant matter and turn it into carbon and stuff and yes we can learn from it and we already have but we still need to learn more about nature

 

 

Today i woke up went downstairs got on my computer and worked on a overlay for my live stream “twitch.tv/Aqua_Manatee” i finished 2 overlays i show them at the end.  i went to meeting set the day then we played geo guessr drew made a post on it we failed a little but but i dare you to try to beat it 😛 after geo i did some work on a project (still secret) then i hopped in the hot tub and talked while people ate then they joined me next we had a web dev meeting after the meeting we went to the park played 500 got one hell of a work out (i think) (i’m a nerd) came home had a AWESOME end of day meeting now i’m here

Question: Whats your art???????

um i’m gonna interpret this as 2 things art style and what programs do you use to do art or kind of art you do like painting or 3d modeling ill answer the first one then the second one. my art style i would like to think i go for a cute kinda thing but sometimes i draw kinda dark stuff idk but my kinda look of my art is like litterally dark (i press hard with the pencil) or at least on the outline of things. what programs do i use? i use blender ( a 3d modeling program) and i use gimp a raster based program and i want to use inkscape which is a vector based program

What i did today, i started my day off with a healthy serving of imgur and then realized i should do something and ended up working more on my 3d animation project at 10 the meeting started and Drew’s friend Katie was there we set our day then played geo guessr for a little bit didn’t do well and broke the game once after geo guessr we started learning knife skills while in the kitchen i should go in to more detail but i’m gonna skim what i learned i learned how to hold a knife learned 2 basic cuts high cut and low cut we also made brine (the juice that pickles stuff) then we pickles some of the stuff we cut up after all that kitchen work we played D&D it was so fun it was only our second time playing with this story so what happened was (in a short description )  we just broke out of jail i jumped out of the jail door in a bucket expecting people but i rolled into a empty field full of flowers and grass we saw a burnt down building (we got put in prison for arson) so it was just the jail and the burnt down building no sign of human life so i walked up to the burnt down building finding nothing i decided to roll in the ash of the building so i did and i accidentally found a hatch door  so naturally instead of opening jump on it and fell through about 20 feet into a dark hole my friends came down with light and we saw dead bodies with weird slimy purple eggs in them we collected the eggs in a bag and went into the next room and we see a BIG egg its giant and red so we wanted to light it on fire to kill it but we had no fire so one of our team mates brought another one of our team mates through a portal to a alternate dimension and when he did that he paused time in our universe so my 2 team mates walk into a bloody sea with a light in the middle of it (it’s only knee deep all the way) they start treading towards the blood they get there and find a torch grab it and run and all of a sudden they hear a loud noise so they start sprinting to the portal they look back and see a giant centipede coming towards them they run even faster they are almost there but it catches up they fight it and win. they take the body through the portal with the torch in hand too they poop on the giant egg ( to make it more flammable cause it totally makes sense) and light it on fire with the torch it explodes knocking 3 of my team mates into the walls and a giant scorpion comes out 3 of our team mates knocked out we fight it i hop into its mouth and stab it then it swallows me and then i burst out of its stomach and it dies we won we killed it then  we ended our day

Question: what did you learn today

i learned how to properly not cut my self with a knife and how to cut certain things also i know whats in brine now

What i did today, we started off the day preparing for going to Whidbey island that was how we got there we all hoppped in a submarine and got there that is natrully the only the only way to get there anyways once we got there we met up with Robert (the kind guy who invited us over) and we set up our day after meeting he showed us around on a hike walked through a labyrinth then we walked up to a place on trails and ate lunch while eating lunch we did improve and played a game called eagle nest. after eating and playing games we hiked back and talked and had tea then we took the submarine back home

Question: What did you do at Whidbey and what do you want to do there in the future

i drank tea and had funs with my friends and i would like to go on more hikes there and get a list of all the edibles and go to the garden when its nice and plump

What i did today, I started today off with some warthunder shot down 2 planes then died after playing warthunder i went to do some meditation with my mom before school after 20 minutes or so of that school started after morning meeting we played wiki trails we chose a random a topic and tried to get to pikachu  the random topic was a murderer who got executed we went from him to arisen then spontaneous combustion then oxidizing agent  then electron then matter wave then  quantum mechanics then energy then lightning then Shinto them Pokemon then pikachu after wiki  trails i went to a meeting and wrote a email to a bunch of people after that i 3d modeled for a little then we played d & d it was epic after that we did improve day over!

today was our first day back if you couldn’t tell from the title. i started off our day listening and putting offerings out on the table there are a few cool ones i signed up for like permaculture and Chinese (I’m gonna grow potatoes one day :D) that was just a few of the ones i signed up for after that meeting we moved on to setting up our weekly calender so we put times up for Chinese and movies and stuff also i have a class on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:15 to 11:15 then 1 hour lunch then i have a class from 12:15 to 2:15 then i have Alc that is how my Tuesdays and Thursday will go ok back to my day after setting the calender we kinda set up the day after all the meetings which  went tell 12 i started 3d modeling a penguin for my winter scene and I’m gonna start a animated project based of John Lango Wango soon after that i made my D & D character with Ethan he is a small rock golem only 1 foot tall and weighs 100 lb so hes pretty compact xD i wish i had a picture of him a made a drawing I’ll have to make him in gimp soon well after drawing and stuff we had end of day meeting and now I’m making this so that’s all for who ever got to the end thanks for caring about my day

I didn’t do a whole lot of awesome stuff this break got some games played some games it was awesome though got to hang with my friends and i went to the mall and watched a movie with a friend had my brothers over i was real excited to see my brother brice and talk lol with him

today we had a very lazy unorganized meeting then played warthunder after 30 mins of warthunder i went to work on my manatee i added eyes and a nose and made him darker it is here next i frosted cookies and then played more warthunder after that then i helped a bit on ginger bread house put more pictures slide show and then exchanged presents

Question: where do you see the school in year

well without drew there will be big changes i think us as a whole will be able to remember to tasks without assistance or at least get better at it cause it’s good to be older and be able to guide your self without a boss

First of all here Stevie got the web site up here it is http://ixa.net/I.X.A.html ? you should check it out took us a while but it was totally worth it! next what i did today i started off my day waking up earlier then usual i woke up around 8 i was fighting to get up and i did so first accomplishment of the day after i woke up i went straight down stairs to read and ended up procrastinating and watching blender tutorials so its not that bad but i ended reading 1 of the 2 chapters i should have so not great after reading we had morning meeting after meeting we went down stairs to play minecraft with newyork alc a few people got on and i traveled away and got some supplies and i’m starting on a hidden cloud village played miencraft from about 10:30 to 11:30 and then went to book club even though i was behind one chapter no one read it all so it was not in any sort of trouble but since everyone was behind our dad changed the count to 1 chapter per week so that’s easier to keep up with (i’m not much of a reader) i’m also gonna share a little bit of the book with you guys so people would run away like slaves and servants and they would be found my native american tribes and it was so much nicer but no one would ever go back to the “normal way of living” and would not go back tot he towns and also in battles children would sometimes be taken from there white families by native Americans not sure why and the children would want to stay with the native Americans what does that say about he way they were living back then ok back to my day after the book club i went down stairs and played more minecraft i am working on the hidden cloud village and Stevie told me i can use slime blocks and pistons to get around so i think i will use those! i would just be bouncing around everywhere to get to other cloud islands after that minecraft inning i worked on Jill (the 3d printer) she is currently clogged but i managed to take out the filament so now i have to get a new one back in.. good news is that i now know the way to do that via google drives so all i have to do now is try to do it wish me luck. after TRYING to get Jill to work i made some everything flavored fudge i call it flavorplosion after i put the fudge in the fridge to harden i went down stairs and got started on my manatee this is my progress so far (down below) that is how i spent my day also my brother will be playing here at 5 pst http://www.twitch.tv/naclesports BYE to questions now

my favorite type of project is the one that involves my friends and a fun activity like egg drops because i love to laugh with my friends

1: Drew because without him this school wouldn’t be happening or wouldn’t be the same i dread the day he has to leave but i am happy a decided to come

2: Ethan, Ayesha, and Nick cause without them this school would be borning and lame and there are all very good friends

3: This school space because it has allowed us to just do school in general but even if this was in a different building i wouldn’t have my computer there and it would be hard to work on things

4: All the great ideas that lead to a awesome school year like the egg drop or going to the afk tavern
